- SPECIAL NOTES ON PARKING: GMU has two parking garages for visitors. The one closest to Harris Theater is the Mason Pond parking deck. If you come to GMU off of Braddock Road from 495, turn right on Roanoke River Rd (the second entrance to GMU, and right before Ox Rd/123). You'll pass the Patriot Center, and head into a little roundabout -- veer right there and it takes you straight to the parking garage. There's an information desk near the stairwell that can direct you to Harris Theater (it's on the upper level, just behind and to the left of the statue of George Mason).
